Delete Your Topup One Account

You can request deletion of your Topup One account and associated personal data, including profile details such as name, phone number, email address, store name, profile photo, login access and active app account data.

To protect your account, include the following information in your deletion request:

• Registered phone number.
• Registered email address.
• Full name and store name, if used.
• A short confirmation that you want your Topup One account deleted.

Because Topup One handles wallet, recharge, bill payment, commission and payment verification records, some data may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial recordkeeping, tax, audit, legal or regulatory compliance. Retained records may include transaction IDs, wallet ledger entries, recharge/bill/payment status, payment references and related support records. These records are restricted and are not kept for marketing after deletion.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Completion time can vary if account ownership must be verified, if there are pending transactions, disputes, unpaid amounts, fraud checks or legal retention requirements. We will tell you if additional steps are required.

• You will lose access to the Topup One account after deletion is completed.
• Pending recharge, bill payment, add-money or membership issues should be settled before deletion.
• Deleted profile data cannot be restored unless Topup One is legally required or technically able to recover retained records.
• Creating a new account later may require fresh verification.
